SCOTTS VALLEY ARTISANS’ CHRISTMAS STORE OPEN HOUSE, November 23, 2012.
(Beginning at 2:00pm at 230-D Mt. Hermon Road, Scotts Valley—next to the Cinelux Theater)
The Scotts Valley Artisans’ Christmas Store is now open, and Scotts Valley Artisans will be holding an open house to celebrate on Friday, November 23, from 2pm to 9pm. All ages are welcome to this free event, and SANTA CLAUSE will be on hand from 2pm to 6pm. Cookies, hot chocolate, eggnog, and soft drinks will be available. The Christmas Store is a fundraiser for Scotts Valley Artisans non-profit community art center, and includes handcrafted wreaths, Christmas decor, gift wrap and tags, ornaments, candles, Christmas jewelry, and much more. A full gift wrapping service is available for presents purchased at SVA or at other stores, with proceeds going to Scotts Valley Artisans. The store will be open through Christmas, and is located at 230-D Mt. Hermon Rd (in the King’s Village Shopping Center, adjacent to the Cinelux Theater).
Scotts Valley Artisans is a non-profit community art center featuring the work of over 150 Santa Cruz County artists. Scotts Valley Artisans provides a permanent and affordable showcase for local artists to display and sell their work. Our goal is to expand the reach and elevate the profile of artists in Santa Cruz County, to increase access to affordable, handmade art for the community, and to foster programs and events that will bring the community together, while helping to solidify Santa Cruz County’s reputation as an art destination center.
